Late Policy
- Only 8 minute grace period.
- After 8 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied.
- 11+ minutes late will be a cancellation.

Please review all policies before booking your appointment.
Deposits & Payment
- $15 nonrefundable deposit is required and goes toward your service.
- Deposits are accepted by Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
- You must contact @ItGrllbeauty through Instagram DM for deposit information.
- Remaining balance is cash only.
Cancellations & Reschedules
- Deposit is only valid for 1 appointment.
- Any cancellations require a new deposit to book again.
- Reschedules must be made within 24 hours of appointment time to use the same deposit.
Holiday Squeeze-Ins
- Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, 4th of July, Easter, February 28, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving are blocked off every year.
- Any approved squeeze-in on those dates requires a $30 squeeze-in fee.
Lash Fills
- No foreign fills.
- Fills require at least 40% remaining lashes.
- Over 3+ weeks is a full set.
